Azia walked into the room and said, "Mom, look what I did to my foot."
It was darkish in the room and at first I thought she was being incredibly calm about what looked like a horrific burn. Then I looked closer and saw that apparently she'd just created an fake injury for herself.
"What did you use to do that?" I asked, thinking she had some sort of moulage kit stashed away somewhere.
"Oh, just some glue and markers and other stuff I found."
She's always finding creative new ways to spend her time. We may have to recruit her to do some make up for our ambulance trauma trainings. Who knows what she could do with some actual supplies.
