This year Azia gets to participate in the Watershed summer program Mom runs. She loves it. Israel and one of his friends are working as aides and really enjoying it too. He went through it back when he was in fourth grade.
Today was the day of the boat races so they came to use the canal (& pick some weeds!). The water isn't really even flowing at all right now, so there wasn't a lot of face-paced excitement surrounding the races. Lex was pretty excited about the whole thing though. He showed me a beat up old tin foil pie tine (his boat) and told me he won it all. His boat was much faster than all the rest.
