Azia and Jenna were very excited about dying their hair. We had the almost-black color which is quite a dramatic switch from Jenna's red. It wasn't so much for Azia. (Actually, it was pretty much exactly her color. But, it was less dramatic for me than the pink she wanted and the process much of the fun anyway!)
As I tried to help Jenna comb this into her hair, I discovered that her red color seemed to impervious to the black dye. It was really strange, but I could tell the black wasn't sticking! Even when we combed it through again and again there was still a red glow. She still has a distinctive color: dark brown with red highlights.
I forgot to tak after photos! I'll have to add them later.
