All the snow is completely gone & it's sunny. Well the sun shines, but it's actually very deceiving because it's freezing. It was warmer when we had the piles of snow. The little boys kept trying to escape outside all morning but there was still frost on the deck until after lunch and even though it looked bright and warm from inside that wasn't really the case.
We all went outside when the older kids got home from school (and after an hour or so being locked up inside doing Christmas crafts) but it didn't last too long. Look at the rosy cheeks! Still it seems a little odd to be playing catch and swinging and sliding and pulling each other around in the wagon when a week ago we could hardly get to the other side of the yard because the snow was so deep.
