We had a huge late night storm that knocked out the power for a couple hours.
It probably would have been cool to take some more pictures of storm, but that would have meant I would have needed to know where all my camera stuff was. . . you know, before all the power in the valley went out and I couldn't see anything.
Instead the kids had fun with glow sticks. After awhile our entire yard, deck, and collection of children looked like they were involved in some sort of rave. Apparently glow sticks are more fun when you break them open.
Meanwhile the chaos of about ten different projects we were going to start for Azia's birthday were dimly illuminated by the dozen candles we'd found, lighted, and scattered around the living room and kitchen.
